     A Couple things you should know as to how your information is handled.

      All your private information such as email addresses and phone numbers will remain private.  HOWEVER, the content in the communication or message could very well be shared in videos, graphics, and print. Example: if you send us a picture of a flooded roadway and say “this is Jim and I’m on Smith St in Corfu” we will post the picture for everyone to see and caption the photo “main st in Corfu by Jim”.  If you send us a video and your voice can be heard. We will post that video and your voice will be heard.

    You can contact us via voice or text message at (716) 62-STORM.  We do not charge you for this service but your phone company may.  Whatever your standard text/data/airtime minute rates you have will apply here.  If it costs you $.25 to send a picture message to your friend, it will cost you $.25 to send it to us.  We have a regular phone number hot wired into a couple of computers and several mobile devices.
